What can I say about my work as an artist? 

My art peels back the outer layers of who I am to expose the experiences of my life.

My painting is an expression of intrinsic energy pouring out onto the canvas in the form of colors and textures – a representation of what I feel and see in the subject I am imitating.

Art is a gift and I derive pleasure in sharing it with others.  This is my responsibility – to create something that pleases God, myself and others through the ability given me.
